Remembering dreams?

Postby Francis1 » Tue May 23, 2017 6:27 am

Anyone have any suggestions on the best way
to remember dreams in the morning?
I tried recording my dreams starting the other day
but I could only remember a few words and an image
of a bldg.
The next night I didn't even remember anything
about what I dreamed the night before.

Recording right after you wake up is a good way to go. But you have to be patient, and persistent; keep recording even if you can't remember anything ("catch" whatever you can - a general feeling from the dream, a color, and the like).
"Write, & find ecstasy in writing! Work, & be our bed in working! Thrill with the joy of life & death! Ah! thy death shall be lovely: whoso seeth it shall be glad. Thy death shall be the seal of the promise of our age long love. Come! lift up thine heart & rejoice! We are one; we are none."
